Customer Service Representative: $21-$23 per hour DOE
Traffic Safety Supply Company is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. If you excel in a fast-paced environment while building relationships and providing exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with customers by building relationships, offering support, and solving problems.
- Compose quotes and sales orders using our ERP system.
- Accurately compute price and shipping charges.
- Learn and maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services and pricing.
- Monitor order progress, provide status updates, and appropriately address delays.
- Collaborate effectively interdepartmentally to ensure timely production and quality of customer orders.
- Consistently follow up with customers about their bids and orders.
- Participates in LEAN and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
Key Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills for in-person interactions, phone calls, and responding to emails.
- Strong administrative skills.
- Computer, data entry and mathematical proficiency.
- Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries and tasks without compromising service quality.
- Aptitude for learning product lines and pricing.

- Health and Dental: $6,630.72 annually
- ST/LT Disability: $610.08 annually
- Retirement: A person making $21 per hour would receive $4,368 (10% approximately)

- Health and Dental: $18,956.04 annually
- ST/LT Disability: $610.08 annually
